ahhhhhhh its so ok now, my dad is the best now......hes picked me up offa the floor and hospital beds and took me home again like 6 times in the last 10 years..........so all is forgiven

I have a recipe for mexican hot chocolate!!! I may make some when I can get to a store. You need real chocolate!!!!

Mexican hot chocolate:
4 ox unsweetened chocolate, chopped 4 cups milk 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon pinch of salt 1/2 tsp vanilla dash almond extract In a heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot water, melt chocolate. In another saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt and chocolate. Heat over med to low heat whisking till smooth and hot, about 5 minutes. Stir in vanilla and almond extract, whisky vigorously until foam forms. Makes 4 servings!!!
