The girls are not fallin yet. To much upper body exercise(bales of hay, wheelbarrow, 50lbs of grain), butt doing fine, too. My exercise program is 356 days a year.

Nope, I see you have never owned horses. Do you take a day off and not feed you lab? Even if you are sick you put your coveralls on and go take care of the chores( It just takes longer). Vacation? What's that? Hard to find people to take of horses. Haven't went on vacation without a horse in so long do not what it is like. Go away for weekend but with the horses. still have to Carry hay, Carry buckets of water, put electric fence up, still clean poop and haul it away. |

Seems like with most animals you never truely have a day off. And no I never had any horses. |

I get a wheelbarrow full every morning. Good thing about it is it is organic. Makes a great fertilizer. We call it black gold after it decomposes. People are scared of horse. Coming home last night a horse was lose on Cartersville Road (running down the road in front of my truck). I stopped and caught him and walked to the pasture down the road, next thing I know I had five cars stopped and they said they didn't know what to do so they were trying to get the owner. Mean while this horse could have caused an accident. All I had to do was walk up to him and but a piece of baling twine around his neck, open the gate and put him back with the other horses. By then the owner showed up. All the people said they were scared of him because he was so big. |

I feel like i've regained a decade of my life back just in the last 12 weeks. Probably gained more than that in the last 6 months |
