A fellow human being in need is still first and foremost a fellow human being in need of assistance, no matter their sexual orientation, so yeah, I would.

If you saw someone being publicly harassed for being homosexual would you stand up for and or defend them? I see this ALOT when I go out clubbing; especially when one of my good male friends decides to wear a pink pirate tutu (Yes he does do that alot). He's not gay but its what he does some times. I ALWAYS defend him and stand up for him. Had a knife pulled on me MORE than once.

Yes, just because I may not agree with their choices, doesn't mean that anyone has a right to mistreat anyone.

Yes, and contrary to some beliefs, I (a gay person) would defend a straight person from being harassed. It's the humane thing to do. Anyone who did different would be small minded and self-centered.

You remember the Matthew Shepard story here in Wyoming? Hell yes I'd defend them. No one should ever be mistreated. Or the story of Brandon Tena, made into the movie "Boy's Don't Cry." How inhumane can people be. Seems some really are no better than animals. Matter of fact, that is an insult to animals!

I would be there or call 911 if I thought my life or theirs was in danger. Homosexuality doesn't enter into it.
