Dan, I've have run into this problem too. I was at the 6 Flags in Louisville a couple of months ago. My child needed to used the restroom. There was a long row of stalls in each wall. Not one flushed toliet!!!!! I won't go into the rest of the mess. It was sooo very disgusting.
