In my Sent Box I see a checkmark on an email I sent telling my it was read. When I click on the checkmark with my mouse the message "REPLIED" pops up. However, I didn't find new mail in my inbox. How do I read a reply?

Go to the sent tab under My Account, on the top, to view your sent messages.

if you have any new mail - it would show in your inbox
(you have the ability to reply there) if you want to review mail you have sent - then check sent mail |

As noted above, the image below can mean two different things, depending on the context. If you see it in the Inbox, it signifies that you replied to that email. If you see it in your Sent folder, it means that the recipient read that email (the one that you sent, that is).

Thank you for giving me the obvious answer. Shades of red here! I think they should remove the word "REPLIED" from the checkmark.
