Not sure if anyone else has been following this story....

ORLANDO, Fla. – Sheriff's deputies say the skeletal remains of a small child have been found near the Orlando home of a missing 3-year-old girl (Caylee Anthony).

The Orange County Sheriff's Office says a utility worker found the body early Thursday, about a half mile from the home of Caylee Anthony's grandparents.

There is nothing that immediately indicates that the bones belong to Caylee Anthony, whose mother Casey Anthony has been charged with murder.

Casey Anthony insists that she left the girl with a baby sitter in June, but did not report her missing until July.

I've been following this story. I hope her murdering mother goes to prison with all those women who would die to see their children again, and watch how welcomed she is.

And believe me... I wish more than anything that it wasn't this little angel they found (not that I want it to happen to anyone at all...) but what are the chances that another child in the same vicinity went missing without us hearing about it and the cops looking for some random kidnapper instead of @ sweet Caylee's horrible mother. I can't even begin to imagine what kind of wicked person this little evil slut must be to kill her own beautiful little child.

If the remains are that little girls which they probably are maybe this story can be put to rest. I'm sick of hearing about it. The media has put way too much into it. There have been plenty of other stories they could focus on. I mean it's been obvious all along the mom is guilty. One simple action confirmed it... waiting a month to report the child missing. What parent would wait more than a few hours without completely losing it?

I think the mother is mentally ill and her family are enablers. I hope that she gets some treatment while she is in prison. But I think that would actually worse than simply life in prison, because when she comes to understand what she did, she will experience more suffering than life in prison or the death penalty could cause.

I don't think she's mentally ill, I think she's pure evil and selfish. She wanted her freedom back, so instead of handing her daughter over to her parents or even putting her up for adoption, she murdered her like a cold hearted spoiled little c-word...

I live down here in the same general area so I've been keeping up with this story. I have to agree 100% with the above poster on this one...

shocked When it comes to finding a child, even though the child is deceased, NOTHING, NOBODY could have put way too much time into it....

What that little girl went through is horrifying.

Very sad. That poor little girl never had a chance. I just can't believe that she was found so close to the grandparents home and wasn't found before this!!

The reason I'm so sick of hearing about this story is because it hasn't even been about the little girl since right after she was reported missing. This story quickly turned into nothing more than soap opera about what the mom and grandparents were doing. I's sad that the innocent little girl is gone, but the fact is there are stories that are equally as bad or worse happening everyday that get no attention at all.

I thought that was a little odd also but then I heard on the news that search teams had tried searching the area but it was under water at the time. Then when they returned a second time the area had been fenced off and they were unable to search.

I wondered that too.....it was just on the news that the area was covered with water at the time the wooded area had been searched....I guess from a prior storm.....
