since it is not turning then there is some sort of problem in the control. dhinkle is right - it may be the door latch is broken so that the controller thinks the door is open when it isn't. you can try to check and see if that is the case. the fuse is checked with an ohmeter or continuity checker which basically looks to see if there is electrical resistance - but if you are not familiar with working with electrical equipment you really do need a friend nearby who can help you with this.

if it were only the motor - it would heat but not turn
if it were only the heater - it would turn but not heat

so the latch and control circuit should be checked first

good luck but you must be very careful working on it if
it is still connected to power. this is how people can get
electrocuted. if you are not comfortable working with
electrical equipment get help from a local friend or
relative who is familiar!! don't jeopardize your safety!!

No, you're gonna want to jump those to wires at the switch. Otherwise you have an open.

you should have two, (or three wires if you have a drum light} there should be a white, and a white with a blk stripe..these need to go together.

No, all that is doing is bypassing a set of contacts. Typically the neutral is broken at the door switch until the door is closed.

you should check service info for your model online
sometimes you can find it by googling

some of the articles have photos or even videos
