Sometimes life passes by too fast,
since he can't stop, he just
has to speed up to catch up
with this life which goes so fast.

In Rome things always go faster
than in the province where he came from.
The romans live worry about
money, credit, bills, and all that crap.

In Rome people kill themselves
to pay a 30 years debt for an
overpriced paper house, yet
in the province everything goes slower.

For romans family goes in fourth place;
the mortgage, the insurance, the car payment
all those are always first,
in the province we have less, so family is first.

Thus when a boy from the province
comes to Rome, sometimes he gets caught up
by the crazyness of the Capital, and
after five years of going and coming,
he just realizes that he is not made for Rome
he needs his roots, he needs to go back,
back there where everything is slower and easier.

If not he will become a shadow which
the Praetorian guard will hunt down
til they find him then they will beat
the hell out of him, just for being from the other side.

That is why he chooses his roots.
He chooses to be the head of a mouse,
instead of the tail of a lion.
He just chooses his ROOTS...
