My sister has a baby diaper changer from ikea and last night, while changing my 5 month old nephew, the thing collapsed from the wall!!! with him on it!! it snapped shut like an alligator jaw and fell on top of him after he hit the carpet.

now i'd totally say "dude you mounted it wrong!!" but i saw that thing mounted to the wall and it was done correctly...

i told my sister she should call them and tell them what happened!!

No, I can't say that I have...but then again, it's been a while since someone had to change my diaper...

But seriously...she should contact the manufacturer & lodge a complaint.

Well, Ikea furniture is cheap for a reason. Some of their stuff is ok but I wouldn't trust them for something like that. I would definitely let them know. I don't have personal experience with them from a customer service standpoint but I've heard it's pretty good.
