Personally, I think having longer hair enhanced and brought out your complexion better. Don't get me wrong, you still look cute with short hair, but the longer hair definitely suited you better.
Hey, I have a 30 year old sister who CONSTANTLY would ask my honest opinion every time she changed her hair, whether it was changing the color, cutting it,, curled it, straightened, etc while I was growing up. So, I may be brutally honest because of her, lol. |
