i went to clean the kitchen and it took forrrrrever.... here comes the bathrooms guess what alisha???? YOU GET ABOUT 70 MORE YEARS OF CLEANING THE HOUSE!!!

Dear diary.....last night I basically had to train a nurse above me....to the psycho people I do. I said it nicely but firmly that when I say that patient needs a PRN now.........I MEAN NOW AND NOT 30 MINUTES FROM NOW!!! She will learn.......

you PRUNE your patients?? A prn is meds when and if they are in need of it. Most have a certain amount they can take but if "needed" they get extra!!!! Now if you have ever dealt with a psycho screaming beat you up patient, you get to know when and if they need a prn!!!

just give them exlax! they will to busy to fight with ya ! Ohhhhhhhhhhh I deal with sh*t on a daily basis!!!! You would be amazed at how much someone can poo!!! oH AND throw up as well.......last night was a beautiful example of puke!!!! I didnt bat an eyelash!!!
