Hidden away.... I still take it out and put it on sometimes too. It makes me sad because I remember the promise behind it, so I don't do that too much. There were lots of great times that I am thankful for and we have 3 beautiful children together. I will probably give it to my daughter someday.

I still have it.
I have both of our rings. And when my daughter turns 18, I will have them melded together with a small child ring holding them together and given to her on a white gold chain so she knows that when she was conceived and given life, her Ima and Aba loved each other and through their love, she came. |

I managed to get my hands mine, his and the other womans (couldn't get her husbands), had them all melted into a gold nugget and sold it for a mint!!!

Had my one carat diamond wedding ring and a half carat engagement ring made into one with some loose diamonds from my college graduation ring. I call it my badge of courage and wear it proudly It's a testiment that I made it through all and still stand strong. It gives me strength and I love looking at it. Plus, in bad times I can always pawn it if need be.

i do wonder what HE did with my ring after i gave it back to him. what does a man do with a girls wedding rings?? we have a son, so he cant save them for my daughter. i assume he pawned it.

I gave it to him with the wedding album when he left. I don't care what he did with it, and never thought about it 'til I saw this thread. Knowing him, he probably sold it and bought some software for his pc or some porn/sex toys..... maybe some EverQuest time....

I still have some pics, for my son to see.... but I sold the dress at a yard sale and have the album to the ex. Got $20 for the dress, bought a round of drinks for my friends!
