If your wife could not conceive a baby, but your sister volunteered to carry her egg. If the egg was artificially inseminated with your sperm. Would it be considered incest? Should the baby call your sister aunt or mother?

I don't think that is at all uncommon or strange. It's not like your having sex with your sister at all. It isn't your sisters egg so why would the child call the Aunt, Mother???

I don't think that is at all uncommon or strange. It's not like your having sex with your sister at all. It isn't your sisters egg so why would the child call the Aunt, Mother???
Not even Jerry Springer worthy. Didn't Pheobe do that on an episode of friends? Ok, so your sister becomes pregnant, but she is having two babies. The doctors are not sure if their twins, or one baby is from your sisters' own egg...... Would that be a Jerry Springer episode???

If you are inpregnated by an embryo of your brothers' and sister in laws', not only are you likely NOT in that stage of ovulation, but there are not "spare" sperms in there to fertilise the egg that may or may not be there. *turns on halo* |

No because it would be impossible for the Sister to become pregnant with her egg and her brothers sperm. In these instances pre-fertilized eggs from the wife would be implanted. You must be thinking they do this kinda stuff with some kinda turkey baster method.

Actually I have heard of someone getting pregnant by a turkey baster....
Yes they do it all the time but, it wouldn't be used in a surrogacy situation. |

First of all that's not incest. She's only the incubator for the child so not that would not be incest because it was implated inside her.
