I do think that bow is more rewarding it takes near no skill to sit 200+yards away and take a deer out with a high-power rifle with scope.

put a horn and headlights on that bullet and the deer will jump in front of it

Thank you Ron White!
well i was goin 55 in my van with the helights on and horn blowin' The only reason anyone misses a deer is cause the bullet is goin too fast!

the reason it takes more skill with a bow is cause its hard to get them in that close but only a good hunter can hit a deer at two hundred yards you have to understand how a bullet flies and no ur gun very well and no the grain of ur bullet to calculate how far the bullet will drop at that distance lets say ur gun is shot in at like 50 yards well in the next 150 yards the bullet will drop about 7 inches

If i went out for rifle i'd probally use the stalking/ kicking them up method that seems skillful

not really wat u do there is go to a small patch of woods an make a line of people then u have people standing at the end of the woods waitin the line of people go through yellin and push the deer out an the other guys the sitters shoot them as they run out its called a drive but you can stalk them this is very difficult because deer have very good hearing and sight so its hard to see them before they see u or hear u

I thought you were supposed to be quiet while hunting. My brother was always telling me to shut up when we were in the woods.

yea its a different way to hunt especially around my area theres a lot of small patches of woods where this is very effective

Ah, thats cool. I am not much for going hunting, but I'll clean it and cook it once its out of the woods.

<--- is a hunter.

I even went to the doctor to get glasses so I could see how to shoot better.

I like squirrel hunting.

As for the guy that liked to goto the grocery store for snapper it is hunting cause if you catch it you inevitably impale it.

They sh0ould visit a slaughter house..Not very pretty and a lot crueler that hunting..

That's the truth. A deer is out in the woods free & probably happy right up to the last minutes of it's life. I see nothing wrong with hunting if you eat what you kill. I hate seeing cattle or pigs crammed in a truck going down the highway in winter with passing vehicles slinging filthy slush on them.
