We're in shock here in Boston. Someone snuck into town and are maskerading as the Boston Bruins.
I've been following hockey since the early 60's, and I don't remember the last time the Bruins scored 7 goals in two games during the same season - let alone within a week! |

i used to, until the final four many years ago. the final four when the leafs were playing the kings and gretzky sticked gilmour in the face and drew blood and no penalty was called.
it was game 7, and we already had glenn anderson in the penalty box, which would only have evened it up. the other matchup being the habs and the penguins (which could have potentially been the last ever montreal-toronto stanley cup final - montreal did go on to win their series) anyhow, gretzky ended up scoring the winning goal in overtime. and hockey was over for me. i don't think i've watched a complete game since that night. |
