You have to determine whether the fear outweighs the chances of something good happening if you DO tell him.

Been reading some of his posts and I can feel his pain and not to sure if he is ready for another relationship. Not even sure he would look my way.

I would drop him a quick email, saying just what you said about feeling his pain. Then offer to talk if he needs to.

There is no sense wondering about it, they will either be receptive or not, rejection sucks, but losing otu on the best thing you may ever experiance because of past rejection sucks more. Just send them a message and tell them how you feel. If they are worth having they will be nice to you at least. If they are not you will not have to worry about it anymore, and you won't miss the next opportunity thinking about the one that should have never been anyway! Hope it works out for you, You seem like a nice lady!
