Sex is the least of your problems. Maybe try to win her back. Romance her again. All relationships hit a lull, but that is when you have to work extra hard to keep it going. Unless she is involved with someone else, don't be so quick to give up. I would definitely lay off the sex for a little while.

I'm not gonna lie to you, that's not a good sign. You sound like you're wandering into the town of Friendville. Psychologists say that women are more likely to link sex with emotional attachment as opposed to the physical mechanics of sex like guys do. If she lacking in sexual interest with you, it might point to a lack in emotional interest with you as well. That would explain the "love you but not in love with you" explanation.
