Pogo kind of set their plan back a few years when he went on his killing spree. Yes, he was overzealous, that one. Now the clowns' plan has been set back for years and Pogo isn't invited to any of the clown bar mitzvahs or the "make your own balloon animal" jamboree.  The cunning bastards.

The scariest part about clowns is the contradiction.... they have a huge painted on smile, but in fact they are usually frowning under it. The cosmetic says "Hey, come laugh with me" but the real face says the opposite. It's almost a good and evil thing and it is kind of scary. I think it's why lots of kids are scared of clowns..... they pick up on those subtle cues.
