Let's see.... I dont know if meeting and thoroughly making out with the guy I met on here counts as a date but sure.

He lives 2 hours from me and I happened to be going up there for a concert with some friends so we decided to meet up after the concert. I was drenched, cold, my hair was all frazzled, I generally looked horrible and was tired when I finally met up with him. The first thing he did was give me a big hug and say how good I looked and how glad he was to finally get to meet me in person. We stood around chatting for a bit (on and off kissing too ), while my friends waited in the car a little ways down the road. Eventually, after like a dozen texts from my worried bff, we decided to walk back down to my friends so they could all meet. We chilled around the car for a little while before driving off to get him home (I wasn't gonna make him walk anymore than he already had!) then me and my friends left back to their place.

That was about it..dunno if it counts as a date.. But I'm going back up to see him Friday. ^^

the other date that I really liked.

we walked around Old Town in Albuquerque and window shopped for jewelry. I liked the turquoise and silver and she liked the "spiny oyster" jewelry. And we stopped in a 100 year old Mexican cafe for lunch. And walked through the oldest active church in America to take pictures

Well, my dates are pretty tame. (At lease the dates that I would talk about on here are) It's not really about what we do or where we go as much as it is about paying attention to the details. I'm a pretty old fashioned minded guy in respect to dates. I believe in going to a nice restaurant, never fast food or buffet. I believe in holding the door and pulling out the chair if the waiter does not do it. I believe in having the night be all about the girl, what she wants and what makes her happy. If she's happy, I'll be happy. Sometimes a flower is a good idea on a date, other times it isn't. I like escorting her to the car or restaurant by offering my arm or hand if she is open to that. Conversation wise, I like showing genuine interest in her career, family, hopes, and dreams. More often than not, I can draw a parallel between some interest or facet of her life to my own. If we have common interests, I compare my own to hers so we can share experiences. I guess all in all, I believe in being every bit a gentleman.

No Dubz... I just got the sense that was the type of guy he was, and he was being respectful. I am not shy, silly.....

My last date, Aug 15th 2007

We stopped by a friends house & visited then on the way to my house from there I let him drive my car & he hit a deer. The deer actually ran into the side on the car, was not his fault. Very little damage showing to car & the deer fled the scene. He freaked out like a little girl though.

Everything seemed ok with the car, so we went out later for kareoke. We decided I would drink & he would drive. (I wanted to show him it was OK about the car) The kareoke was set up outside which was great because I hate the smoke inside, but it was cold. I did jello shots & sang show tunes. I wowed them with Caberet! He worked the crowd & kept bringing me jello shots.

We went to go home & found out the accident had shorted something & I had no headlights, so we had to get a ride home. I found out in the car that he had been drinking all along & was getting me jello shots because they were free that night. He was walking around with a can of soda, but was pouring booze in it so I would not know. He didn't even help me change the headlights the next day. We split up a few weeks later (this was the BEST date we ever had) I havn't dated since.
