in my book they are pricless what gets my goat is here locally a man went to apply for a job n the man told him right flat out that his company can hire a woman for $20,000 less a year for the same job the guy left n couldnt believe how that man was even in business now im not upset about him not getting the job im upset what the employer said women can work cheaper then men is that not racist? yall tell me party on...

It's not so much entirely that they "can" work for lower wages; it's
that they do! For many years I was reluctantly "content" to accept whatever salary was offered to me. I didn't even realize I had negotiating power! I wish I'd known then what I know now because now (within reason), I know I can ask for pretty much whatever salary I want. |
