A lovely marinated flanked steak rested and sliced correctly for ultimate juiciness, steamed broccoli and potatoes for everyone else (I double veg it, LMAO)

Eastern Shore Crab Cakes I miss the Shore. LMAO Oh laugh at me! Cruel, very cruel! You have no idea what it's like living here in Wisconsin. They live on "hotdish" smothered in Colby cheese all winter. Seafood is canned tuna, beer battered cod & tiny shrimp deep fried in doughballs. They think Tombstone pizza is the greatest! They get thier cheesesteaks at SUBWAY! The one thing I do like is the bratwurst.

Seakolony I have traveled a bit & I still the Shoremen are blessed. It truly is "the land of pleasant living".

mine dont,, but i dont use a shotgun,, i use a rifle,, and generally it goes all the way through the animal
