How can you tell if a person is legit on here?

Legit as in not a scammer? Over 95% of spelling is correct and grammer is normal. The first email doesnt ask you to marry them or send them moola to get them home.

 I could be fake... but then I would tell you I was real and genuine anyway.... so maybe I will tell you I am fake, and really am in Antarctica and am a 12 foot tall snow man, married with 93 penguins.
