FORMER NASA astronaut and moon-walker Dr Edgar Mitchell - a veteran of the Apollo 14 mission - has stunningly claimed aliens exist.

And he says extra-terrestrials have visited Earth on several occasions - but the alien contact has been repeatedly covered up by governments for six decades.

Dr Mitchell, 77, said during a radio interview that sources at the space agency who had had contact with aliens described the beings as 'little people who look strange to us.'

He said supposedly real-life ET's were similar to the traditional image of a small frame, large eyes and head.

He claimed our technology is "not nearly as sophisticated" as theirs and "had they been hostile", he warned "we would have been gone by now".

I am a alien also, why they let me here on this planet to work so hard and pay so much for everything????

Buzz Aldrin and several other retired astronauts have also come forward now that they are no longer worried about the gov't making them dissappear. I have seen several of the interviews. They are pretty straight forward and candid.

I think aliens could very well be real. I am a Christian & a bible believer & i've read some weird sh!t in there. If angels & fallen angels do exist, would they not be considered to us; alien?

I used to be so fascinated with this topic, I mean utterly transfixed.

Over the past 10-15 years, I've lost interest. In my inherrent on-the-fence philosophy, I can see reasons why aliens both can and cannot exist on this planet. I'm not a skeptic, just a realist. And I must profess that the truth will never be revealed to us during my lifetime.

Therefore why worry?

Of course, I might just be saying that. I might be an alien in disguise, or infested with millions of alien parasites. Who really knows anymore.

Well, look at what Ezekiel was talking about seeing. Besides that, Ancient Sumerians and many other cultures, such as the Hopi Indian have also talked about being created by people from the sky.

Skeptical however, so until Plutarg and I shake tentacles and I have a beer while he has a bottle of Lysol, I'll have to remain skeptical.

Statistically speaking there are VERY few, if any, astronomers that would disagree with there being life on other planets. In fact the odds are several times more likely that you will win the powerball lottery than there NOT being life on other planets. Where, is the question.

Us being visited on the other hand, i have a hard time believing.
