Nice guys finish last? Oh my goodness! I certainly hope so! My definition of a nice guy though is 'all man with a good heart.' I want the next guy I date to be a nice guy - and the last one!
We often see thoughts on here about women being attracted to men who are jerks. The threads about nice guys finishing last indicate that men are attracted to women who are jerks. Maybe we all just need to be more particular about who we date. |

Yes they want the quote un quote nice guy. But they dont want you clingy to them like a sock just out of the dryer ok. They want to see that bad side and that rough side but with some sensitivity. Bad side 80% nice side 20%. Ok number 2) You look like a good looking guy NOHOMOINTENDED. just start blowing off girls a little bit let them come to you or if your goin to approach a girl ask for there opinion on something and treat them like one of the guys. if this doesnt work then your a fool! and you need to grow a pair and stop being nice. :) |

Look, this whole thing has always been nothing more than a concept fabricated for being condescending over another person, usually by weaker people. Do not let people's two-dimensional thoughts dictate your abstract mind. If you like doing these things for women, if you want to play all this through your psyche, more power to you. Life is short. You feel the desire to be a certain way, any way, and stick to it, well that's cool enough. I must agree with you do for others what ever it is you choose to do if you like to be mushy lovey dovey do it. Just don't whine when things don't work out for you. Some times it was just not meant to be. It is the whinning that gets to most people and when some start out with the ohh mee ohh my stories as if they are the only ones that have went through it. Believe me we all have had our hearts broke at times. Even when we thought we were doing everything possible to make things work and they still left. At times we must learn they left cause they were lacking something instead and they felt there was something missing. At times they do find what they are seeking and at times they find out they left the best thing they had ever had. Therefore all one can do if the one your in-love with leaves is pick up the pieces and move on for some day you will find that one that wants you for who you are. But one must learn to hold there head up and move on and not sink in the pity mode. Yeah it is not easy but it can be done. This whole "whine" thing that you are interpreting is most often a simple expression of the predicament the person is in. That happens on numerous occasions on numerous topics. It's really simple. If you don't like what you see or you can't get what you want, one strategy is to change what is around you. There's no need to automatically put everything on a person's self-loathing--that's obvious, that's a natural process, that's within everyone on everything. You're still trying to profile and keep the stereotype alive. There's countless threads like this, obviously there are rampant needs not being met. Why not try to explore where these things stem from, the why, rather than trying to deflect? |

It is not stereotyping. It's the fact that when life gives you lemons you make lemonade. When girls want a someone to date. They are not looking for the nice guy ,who is nevertheless so desperate to find a girl, that its a turn off for woman. So when i say that i am right, its a true statement.
And im saying about the pick up artist is that they show guys like you. The loser who cant pick up woman, that you dont go into a situation with a clingy sense of mind. You go in and treat them like a guy friend and they dont feel pressured. Yes i will be a certified bachelors which means im not completely stupid. |
