what do you guys think about all this propaganda surrounding Obama and his admin. to restrict our rights as free lawful citizens from buying and using firearms? It sounds to me like we are turning more socialist. I hate to see what Obama and his collegues will do next.

I agree that we should all have the right to own a gun if we wish..what scares the heck out of me is the rash of assault rifles that are flying off of the shelves....what the heck do we need that kind of weapon for? It is getting way out of hand...I think everyone needs to just sit down and smoke a fatty and smile JMO

The Constitution is being steadily eroded away from both sides of the isle. It's pretty sad that we've come to the point in this country that our government and members in our government can ignore the Constitution they took an oath to uphold and not be arrested for treason.

They won't pass a law to ban firearms. They'll just tax the bullets so you can't afford to own a working one.

He can't do it. It doesn't matter if you are for a gun ban or you are not ....it won't happen.

Too many congressmen get too much money from the NRA.

Obama's heart is in the right place but even a 21 year old non college educated girl like me knows that he won't be able to do even half the stuff he promised in his campaign. The special interest groups, the bad economy, and even some of his own allies in congress will stop him from doing much of what he wants.

CNN is on 24/7 at the diner I work at. I've fallen in love with a couple of their anchors. lol

Banning guns ownership takes away your abilty to fight back against the government which is partially what the 2nd amendment was written for.
Mindy is right, at least half of the stuff presidential hopefuls say never comes to fruition. The worst part is that we elect presidents based on what they promise us, when in reality the president hols no constitutional power to do 99% of the things the promise.
