Your honor, this gentlemen accuses me of thievery when he LEFT his sunglasses in my possession and has NOT returned to retrieve them.

Your honor, these statements are false...she HID my sunglasses from me and has since been near my place of residence SEVERAL times and has not yet opted to give them back. I have thought of going to her place of residence to retrieve them, but she has also gotten a rather stalky BF that i fear my life may have been in danger your honor.

Ms. Myka. Have you, indeed, been near his place of residence in recent weeks??

I have your honor but when I was in town he was not home, I did try to call on more than one occasion but the accusers cell phone is faulty/ hardly ever turned on.

isn't it true that you have known my cell was broken? and that you also have your possesion my home phone?

Your honor, will you please tell the accuser to not address me directly, as we are in a court of law.

I do have possession of his home phone number as well, but if he is not home, then how can he answer it?

I'm choosing to represent myself and in such capacity can direct questions to the defendant, unless we are on one of the tv courts then I shall refrain

Mr. Dede. I will remind you that, unless she has submitted to a deposition, or is under direct cross examination, which at this point she isn't, all inquiries should be directed to the court which will then inquire on your behalf.

However. I would like to remind Ms Myka the she is, indeed, under oath in this court and must answer all questions truthfully.

<~~~would like to point out that if isaac left the sunglasses there is no obligation on the part of myka to go out of her way to return them.

So let me make sure I have this right, Mr Dede.

Your claim is that she took/hid your sunglasses. You have asked for them back. She has been in your immediate area on several occasions, but has made no effort to return them to you.

You further claim that you would have just gone and gotten them yourself, except for the fear of great bodily harm based on the size of this Mr Gigantor.

Do I have that correct?

Your Honor, while the defendant would lead you to beleive that I left my sunglasses in her possesion this is not the case. she in fact hid them from me.

Perhaps. However, if Mr Dede did, indeed, ask her to return them when she was going to be in the area, then there is the implication of an obligation if Ms. Myka agreed to do so.

Your Honor, i'm going to have to ask fto be excused, as I have to go eat, iron my uniform, and go on watch to protect and serve. Thanx for hearing my case. I'll check back later for your final verdict

Ms. Myka.

Your claim is that Mr. Dede forgot them at your house. You also claim that you have every intention of returning them, but that Mr Dede is never at his residence when you are going to be in the area. You also state that you would call him, but his cell phone is broken. You have his home phone number, but when you call it he doesn't answer, leading you to believe that he is not at his domicile.

Is that correct?

Your honor, Mr. Dede stipulated that HE would in fact return to retrieve his FORGOTTEN sunglasses, and I only OFFERED to return them in the event that I was in his area and had the time to do so.

Very well. I will now retire to my chambers ( I have always wanted to say that LOL ) and deliberate the evidence. I will return shortly to render my verdict.

Thank you, as well, for your participation.

Court is adjourned.

After taking all of the evidence into consideration, and hearing both sides presentation of the facts, I have come to the conclusion that there is only one real solution to this problem.

Ms. Myka. I am assuming that, since you know where Mr Dede lives, you also know his home address. That being the case, then the only fair solution, since he is " never home " when you are in the area, would be for you to go to the nearest post office and SEND the sunglasses back to Mr Dede. That way, you can return his sunglasses. Also, that way, Mr Dede needs not fear great bodily harm at the hands of Mr Gigantor.

If I am incorrect in the assumption that you know his address, then I would order that Mr Dede provide you with said address.

Resolution to this problem is easily achievable within a week.
