5.COURAGE: most in demand and least in supply, courage is the willingness to do things you know are right.

6. CONTINUOUS LEARNING: a backbone of knowledge, read one book at least a month, organize your time so you spend 50 minutes exploring emails, sending messages, going through websites, to keep yourself attach with the today's ambiaence of technology and word affairs, if you get away from it, life will take over and lose you its complexity to your success..................
