Oh Honey...don't sweat it.

I will point out the obvious...Oprah could probably hire Obama as well as his cabinet and easily triple thier salaries.

I think President Elect Obama should appoint Oprah Winfrey as Ambassador to Africa. What do you think. She has already started doing good things for them.

You realize Africa is a continent and therefore has no ambassador, right? It's done by countries?
 I thought the same thing:laughing:

It's sad to see what a joke this is to people.

I guess this country hasn't progressed as much as I thought it had

Oprah is probably able to do better work not working for the government. She has the clout and the bucks to continue a lot of the work she's started. Put her in a Govt. gig and she'll be dealing with fifty types of red tape and BS rules before the end of her first day.

Why? Because we haven't progressed enough to think that Oprah should give up giving away free cars, to help run our country?

She has a ****load of connections, ok forget the Ambassador thing. I think she could do a lot of good in these areas: Helping kids - AIDS Pediatric - she's already involved in AIDS Programs, Housing - helping the homeless - she came from a poor background and I know that is another issue she would like to tackle. She's always giving back to communities - HECK, She could probally do a lot for the Katrina Victims and getting them what they need

Oprah has more qualifications, knowledge and common sense than Sarah Palin.... So she could probably be anything she wanted?
