Topic: Should Obama hire Oprah?

Oprah has more qualifications, knowledge and common sense than Sarah Palin.... So she could probably be anything she wanted? and I bet you voted too!!!! What does my voting or not have to do with anything? I think he's questioning your...ummmmm...judgement...gulp !! I'm wondering what his problem is with Oprah? hmmmmmmmm...... I wonder, not you Gio In all honesty...I think alot of men don't care much for Oprah...a bit touchy feely for us John Wayne types... Really? You're the first man I ever heard say that. But then again i've never really heard any opinion either way from men about Oprah, interesting and thanks for the chuckle, I needed it ummmmmmm....why so glum chum... Just down in the dumps today, i'll get over it. well...happy 50th b-day !!...lol.. ...just kiddin' !!

It's sad to see what a joke this is to people. I guess this country hasn't progressed as much as I thought it had who'e joking...I think she'd do a fine job...can I ask you a question...what qualifications does Oprah have other then money and being able to cry at the drop of a hat...I think most people are fuggin wit ya' because they don't really want to see her in a way...shape or form in an Obama administration..just my opinion... She has a ****load of connections, ok forget the Ambassador thing. I think she could do a lot of good in these areas: Helping kids - AIDS Pediatric - she's already involved in AIDS Programs, Housing - helping the homeless - she came from a poor background and I know that is another issue she would like to tackle. She's always giving back to communities - HECK, She could probally do a lot for the Katrina Victims and getting them what they need I like her. That is one smart lady and she has a big heart too.

just because she has a big heart i wouldnt consider her a good choice for an ambassador... esp for africa, we would be even more in the hole than we already are I also think that comparing opra and sarah palen is a large stretch.... opra can do whatever she wants etc. etc...but she chose to focus on the entertainment industry and dosent have any political background. Not to say that it is required to be proficient in that position, i just wonder if she would be able to take time away from her magazine and show..............
