I think those types of relationships are possible but few and far between! I think it's seldom two people, even in friendships, are ever that in tune to one another. Healthy disagreements can add, not take away. I see your point OMTA, even in the most perfect of relationship, there is bound to be some point when a couple disagrees, unless they live in a house so huge that they do not see each other for months at a time, even then, arguments will happen. I fail to see how one person agrees with the other all the time.......... Show me the perfect couple who do not argue and I will grow a beard. I can't show you one Miss Bonny, so you're still safe on the beard!

I don't think this is poss. in a healthy relationship. The ones I have seen where they never disagree, was full of 1 person controling everything.

I do agree with both on these statements it may happen but will be far and few between. I know I will never see that type of relationship within my life time. Due to I do tend voice my opinion and if a man agrees with me all the time shshs how boring would that be. I would rather have one that is man enough to have a mind and use it. I don't care about down right fighting but some disagreements are bound to happen once in a while. |

I agree Lex, I personally like a man with a pulse ( please Lord  ) who is fun, loving,kind and all the other "mushy" stuff that goes with a relationship but I would also like that man to have a child within him, to be considerate of me and my needs ( as I would of him and his needs) and if at anytime we do not agree with each other then I would expect both of us to come to a compromise. But; to never have an argument?.............

I have NEVER seen any relationship where there wasn't an argument. On the contrast, my best friend that is married...they argue TOO much. They constantly are at each other's throats about something, no matter what it is.

Unless a person has been beatified, had a frontal labotamy or brain dead the probability of having no arguments ever is highly improbable. |

I think it isnt............I recently had this discussion with my current bf.............we have been together for a year and we rarely fight.........which has caused us to wonder so these days we try to pick a fight at least every month since we feel like we are abnormal..........my family and his family call us abnormal for it..................its funny.......
