a better question is how do you feel is it rude when you don't receive a response? how does it make you feel?

Did you send out a message to someone asking them something of a sexual nature? That probably isn't the best approach if that is what you did. Trust me--girls don't mind talking to someone new, but they typically don't enjoy talking to someone who is just looking for a good time if they are not...

it pisses me of that they are so inconsiderate.

I personally think it's rude, and that's why I respond to pretty much everybody (except scammers and spammers and whackjobs).

Back in the days when I was new here and used to try to send out first e-mails, NOBODY ever replied. So I figured the hell with that, if they want to say something to me, they can do the writing. I just posted in the forums a lot and got to know people there.

And I get a pretty decent amount of e-mail here now....

And I NEVER write to anybody first anymore....

If you're not getting replies, look at what you're sending to people. Maybe try to change it around a little? Pay attention to their profile and write something based on what they may be interested in.

If I were to write to you, I would tell you that you have soulful eyes. I wish I could see your hands. Do you have any hand photos?

I do try to respond to everyone who has taken time to say hello to me , unless they seem like a scammer.

I have sent out friendly "hellos" and tried to say something nice like " you have a great smile", and when I am ignored , yeah, that doesnt feel too great.

Most people do respond to me but I don't hold it against anyone who doesn't...
