there's enough negative crap in this world as is. Why add to it? Lord know's I've had more then my share of stuff thrown at me over the years, but you know what? I will always keep a positve attitude. You just never know what tomarrow will bring you.....and you need to be ready  Too true.....we all have crosses to bear. One persons issues are not more important than the next. On a sidenote......do you ever regret using "newguy" as your user id?  It's like a year and a 1/2 in and you're still the newguy!

date someone who always had a negative attitude about their self worth? Saying things like "I know the outcome of this before I start, things never go right for me" or "I'm not good enough because people always leave me". (just examples, not real statements) Could you get past that and attempt to befriend this person or do statements like these turn you off from the start? They turn me off...especially when they just keep going on....and on....and on....and on about "this won't work", or "that won't work". I can't deal with that, and I often wonder how people like this live. |

I would try to be patient but I don't think that would last long. How do you expect me to like you if you don't even like yourself?
