How do you ask for help? How do you do it when you are affraid? Not so much affraid of the help but affraid of not getting the answers you want?

Find the one friend that you know that will not judge, and will not give you answers, but to listen to you until you figure the answer out for yourself

See, thats just it. Why as for help if your looking for the answers you want? beats the point doesn't it.

Thats a good question... I talk to a counseler about this... and she pushes me to do things I am afraid of & believe it or not... it is not as scary as I thought! My insecurities are issues that I have to deal with and so I am... if the answer isnt the one I want... so be it... it isnt the end of the world and at least I know now instead of down the road.

My journey has only personally been worthwhile precisely because of the goal

I can only regret certain tangents of my journey....but, my goal has made my life sooooo worth while.


The answer that works for me....remember....remember the f&ck ups...and avoid repeating them....Remember the good things in life...try to repeat them every day...start with something simple...like loving someone everyday and meaning it.

Tommorrow...just try to be a better soul than you were today.
