I was in a Cajun Restaurant one time. They had regular tables throughout the room rather than booths. I picked up the Louisiana hot sauce and shook it before I used it! Little did I know that the previous person to use it had NOT closed the top very good. The top came off and squirted all the way across the room onto several other tables and people!! Talk about embarrassed!!!
