What came before this quote? It sounds like he is talking about slavery and the issue of race. Taking this quote out of context is misleading. What is the flaw he is referring to?

lol. love the Hitler picture. Anyway, it doesn't sound like he's talking about some sort of Communist ideal as you seem to think. It seems like he thinks that during the civil rights should have focused on community organizing rather than going through the courts and that problems arise when a court has to rule on things that involve distributing money. He's talking about underfunded schools and things like that, not sending your retirement savings to poor people.
