If asking for discussion of real issues and not your smearing bull$hit makes me nasty, then so be it.

No one here can say anything that OBAMA or the DEMS have done for the WORKING class... WORKING being the operative word here.

NONE OF YOU! Your uphoria I'm afraid will be short lived because it will be far worse if OBAMA is elected.

It's not that I don't understand what people are saying...what I'm saying is I think YOU are going to be disappointed. At least REPS don't lie about their intentions. DEMS...OTOH, are not the DEMS our parents voted for.

I say if they do win ...two years and they will be out if they start the GOP witchunts & raise taxes, the social engineering, try to squelch free speech, & don't go to alternative energy to create jobs boost the economy... they will be out on their butts.

Frankly, I'm tired of REPS being blamed for everything wrong. DEMS will have to stop with the blame games & actually come up with ideas...THAT WORK! So let's see if they can do more than just complain.

That's my point all along.

Honestly, QT, we haven't had a Dem. president for quite a few years. I miss the good ole days when we had more money in our pockets.

Well... I hope for all our sakes that the DEMS will actually put aside their partisan leanings & finally focus on the WORKING class. That's all of us.

Since I've resigned myself to an anything is possible in this election I can truly & sincerely hope that DEMS will stop with the divisive issues & get the economy going & create jobs at the same time.

is this right, is QS admitting an early defeat -

that's all in fun

however, regardless of who wins - we Americans are all screwed as there is not 1 candidate with our best interests at heart 100% - hell not even 50% - we will always get the short of end of the stick.

Well I would actually like to see if DEMS can come up with ideas that actually work. That's not admitting defeat... but in the words of Martin Luther King..."I have a dream."

I have a dollar and a dream flowerforyou

I would love to see anyone/someone come up with workable ideas that the majority (citizens/not companies/govt/officials) would benefit from and follow through with them.

Doesn't matter to me where these ideas come from.

 Thats the problem. The republicans say they want to represent "the middle class" and "small town" values, but the dems want to represent upper, middle and lower class, small town and big city values. Obama wants to represent all of American, not just a faction.

What's your point? Do you value Farrakhan's opinion? If not, then why do you care? Did Obama solicit his support? No. In fact I'm certain he rejected it. Besides how is his support for Obama any different than those wacko fundamentalist pastors a lot of republicans look up to supporting McCain?

You're right...I can't help people who don't want to be confused with the facts.

That's no reflection on me.

Anyone who would throw common sense out the window & be initimidated by those who falsely use the race card are jerks.

I will be around to say "I told you so"...all you who want to hide your heads in the sand that is.

people like you are just afraid of what is going to happen if a black man becomes president..you hide your racism behind "offical mudslinging" like your OP...you white folk better run and hide..oh,oh,oh..the black people are comming to get ya!!!
