even with more than enough warning why is it that some people continue to do things that will land them in prison! for example. hacking into other peoples web info!

I've got a pal, and he's clever as heck, 90% of the time. He just doesn't get it that the 10% is going to nail his butt, for good, eventually. No...he's not a hacker. Just has the common "I am great!" mentality that leads to overconfidence. |

On a semi-related topic, I find it to be sad that for a lot of people, the only reason there is to not engage in illegal activity is the possibility of going to prison, not the prevention of other people's or your own suffering, no, the fear of going to jail.
