I used to work for A guy that weighed about 450lbs. He lost about 70lbs in one day, they amputated his leg!

Jockeys & fighters used to do that to make weight. (ingest tape worm egg)

If you REALLY wanted to lose it quickly, just RUN! and run and run..
Otherwise id guess a combination of a diet and exercise. Which combination is your guess as good as mine. |

Throw up alot

Put a foot on the floor which one .... duh Whichever you like, or even a couple of toes might do it. I thought that was a common trick people did on the scales! lol |

Treadmill , stair stepper , and suggest weights for toning !! good luck !! these burn the most calories !! and yes lots of dancing !!

Seriously I work at a GYM & an almost a Trainer......the most importaint thing is cardio at least 4 to 5 times a week and your DIET! Any more questions just email me!

Treadmill , stair stepper , and suggest weights for toning !! good luck !! these burn the most calories !! and yes lots of dancing !! i hate that stair stepper lol I haven't worked out in 3 yrs I will be lucky enough to get on the treadmill. |

My trainer told me lifting weights burns more calories than cardio and forget the aerobic classes for cardio...I am not cordinated enough lol |
