That depends on your metabolism , general health & lifestyle. Ask your Dr. Are you sure you need to lose 20 lbs? Why the deadline?

I used to work for A guy that weighed about 450lbs. He lost about 70lbs in one day, they amputated his leg!

Do what Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, and Kate Moss have done at one point in their lives- ingest some tapeworm eggs. You'll lose a TON of weight. :laughing:

If you REALLY wanted to lose it quickly, just RUN! and run and run..

Otherwise id guess a combination of a diet and exercise. Which combination is your guess as good as mine.

Treadmill , stair stepper , and suggest weights for toning !! good luck !! these burn the most calories !! :banana: :banana: :banana: and yes lots of dancing !!

Seriously I work at a GYM & an almost a Trainer......the most importaint thing is cardio at least 4 to 5 times a week and your DIET! Any more questions just email me!

i hate that stair stepper lol I haven't worked out in 3 yrs I will be lucky enough to get on the treadmill.

Seriously I work at a GYM & an almost a Trainer......the most importaint thing is cardio at least 4 to 5 times a week and your DIET! Any more questions just email me!

My trainer told me lifting weights burns more calories than cardio and forget the aerobic classes for cardio...I am not cordinated enough lol
