My rule used to be it had to be up by Dec1.....no matter what!! I havent had one up for a couple of years....

I know its hard....xmas isnt the same anymore when you have to work or run to see them in the morning.... but I have xmas eve off!!!
I used to have xmas eve parties all the time.....for family and friends......would go all out with food etc!!! I havent done that in a couple of years.....
