Did you ever cry your heart out after a break-up even when you knew it wasn't what you wanted or needed in your life? How is it possible that that could hurt so much?Makes me wonder what the pain is all about. Is it just the thought of being alone? AGAIN!!!

break ups are never easy... even when you know they aren't working out, it's still hard to lose someone.

I know it sounds stupid....but it could possibly be that you have to start over and are forced into a new routine and out of your comfort zone. But thats just my 2 cents.

Take some "you" time first, then jump back in the game. If you can't imagine your life without someone, you're dating all the wrong ones just to "have" someone. I've waited almost 2 years in between my last two boyfriends to "find" myself, and made the same mistakes!

I'm not sure it has anything to do with the sense of being alone again, unless you are a miserable person by yourself in all situations. If that's the case, then seek therapy. I think it hurts so much because you loved, and lost. Loss hurts and sucks. Simple as that. Grieve, cry, mourn, and move past it in time. And for Seahawks who said he wants his house and dog back, well just play a Waylon (Wailing) Jennings song...BACKWARDS! You will get it ALL back.
