I am a die hard Star Wars fan and thought that this show wouldn't live up to the standards of a fan like myself.

I watched it Friday.
(it airs Fridays at 9pm Eastern, 8pm Central)
and it's a pretty good way to spend 30 minutes.

Cartoon Network will re-air tonight so check your local listings.

I thought the Peacekeeper Wars was a bit of a let down - another series (or two, or three...) would've been a lot better.

also a huge starwars fan.....but sadly anything that George Lucas has touched since the Ewoks has fallen horribly short in my books......the prequels trilogy.....hmmmmmm, I can now appreciate how GOOD of an actor Liam Neeson is for saving Phantom Menace!....haha does anyone else agree?

I liked the Attack of the Clones best of the next three
Revenge of the Sith, was too dark and brooding for my taste...

"..Sith" was probably my favourite of the new three - dark enough for my tastes
Still not a patch on the originals though.

I find myself watching all three on "skip" mode on my dvd......I skip thru the bad acting to get to the space **** and lightsaber duels and thats about it....they are frustrating for me to watch cuz I know how much better they could have been....imagine if Peter Jackson directed them.....btw.....I heard that clonewars cartoon movie absolutaly sucked bad......is this true?....has anyone seen it?.....I heard it was completely pointless....

The first 3 will always be the best in my book.

I was a huge fan of the orginal 3 when I was a kid but honestly the new ones are just better! As for the acting.....it is pretty bad in all of them. You don't really watch Star Wars for the tight dialogue and the flawless delivery from great shakesprearean actors. The eyepopping visuals and easy to follow plot lines are what makes them attractive over a broad spectrum of demographics.....oops the lit major in me just popped out. Should I go on about the fairly stereotypic characters and the ways in which Lucas borrowed heavily from old westerns and samurai films. Great movies! The firt true purely original cinematic novel!

not really, no VCR and a dvd player,lol. i got on demand, maybe that will work. i just miss my lightsabers. sigh. lol. me loves star wars to an unhealthy level. lol.

I like it for what it is and will be recording it. I'm not sure I like Anakin having a padawan, though. Oh well. It wouldn't be the first time that Lucas made a decision regarding the Star Wars universe that made no sense to me and him millions of dollars.
