i wholeheartedly agree with you

but what is that newly married couple that wants the american dream so desparately to own a home and raise their babies in going to say when big corporate america says 'don't worry...you only make 10/hour but we have this special subprime mortgage taylor made just for you!'

do you honestly think they're going to take their last paycheck and hire a lawyer to make sure line 53 on page 25 isn't going to bite them in their ass? no....this is what the problem is

i was taught in 7th grade....if you pay more than 25% of your 'take home" on rent/housing you will be in trouble.....it's not a difficult concept..

but it is when they throw stipulations in there
you start out under the 25% mark but when they are done with you....you're toast.

i like going into credit debt on my credit cards so i can mess with the collectors. hello this is donna with visa,im calling in regards of the past due amount on your visa account.....im like, dam donna you sound hot you should be on like a sex phone thing,wanna meet for dinner,i'll put it on my card.:smile:

what are you talking about???? less than 1/2 of 1% of home owners have been served notice of a "pending" foreclosure....actual foreclosures are even lower...

Umm..LACK of government regulations is what caused this whole mess in the first place.
Should they regulate, your credit card,car payment,electric bill,insurance,medical,gasoline,cable,You, and how much you can spendhuh
