Im asking you because it is in response to your quote! Do you have no reply to offer? Why even bother to make the comment if you have no idea to whom or what you are addressing? Were you simply hoping that no one would question your assertions? No such luck I guess.

Huh, you dont say? I always though the Shoshone tribe as well as many other Plains Indians were NOT Christians and were deeply steeped in a nature based form of worship.

No Native americans [first people] were originally Christians though some became so after the white man came. no real majority indian tribes/nations became christian till after they were beat into submission by the europeans and put onto reservations. Great Spirits were not the book god. I should think any good christian would be proud to have known their past relatives were more savage and dishonest to the first peoples than any first people ever was to them.

They destroyed a whole culture - a whole civilization - for no more than greed. and now they ruin the land they took from the inhabitants that never once thought that any one owned this land, the land was the great white spirits, not mans.

Of course they were not Christians and yes a lot of it was through nature, Pipe Ceremony, great circle, naming ceremonies, and dance. All evoking prayer to the Father.......They gave blessings to nature for providing for them....
