Topic: Why do Guys??? | |

Why do guys only like you if you do the sexy, flirty, playful banter thing? But if you're not into it, or you're thinking things are leading to potentially more than that, they bail?

Not all guys are like that and I'm sure there are some women like that too.
Sorry that's been your experience |

Many guys simply arent as mature as ladies even later in life. The only thing I can say is dont give up.

Isn't it a lot better to find out RIGHT AWAY that someone isn't your type than to have things drag on for weeks, months, or years? I mean, what better indicator could you need that someone is not right for you if communication sours right from the get-go?
I had on my headline on the book of matches site for quite awhile that I didn't have the time or inclination to cyber with people. Some found it offensive and antisocial, lol. But like I care..? You have a right to your personal standards, and so do they. Just keep lookin! yours in Chaos, Scarlett |

It's they ole, if i can't get what i want. CYA! I been talking to a couple women and it seems to happen alot. Men will be come your friend and they will take your kindness for weakness. Not all men, but alot. after somone time of getting to know some that is just being kind. Some think, well i've known her for a little while that they can just come out and be anyway they want. It's the i need attention. Well, id alot of men new how to understnd and communicate with women other then sex. They might see that there is alot more to some women and reality would set in. Gee she actually respects herself and wont stand to be treated any other way then with respect. Guys think they can work around that and when there put in they'er spot. They can't handle it. When the simple thing is to do, is respect and except who they are. |

Pffffftttt.....sexy banter only gets you relegated to the Sexy Banter Department with me -- and I don't spend a lot of time there. Show me some brains, some thoughts, some creativity -- show me you can keep up with someone who knows what it's like to write a whole book about dogs who carry Excedrin bottle caps around in their mouths -- yeah, that ought to do it! Banter is fine, but I want substance, damn it. And someone who looks good in shorts and a T-shirt. |
