I have never heard it used in reference to an Anglo/European person.

Is it a term that can be used proactively? Highly dependent on the frame of reference and the person saying it and the person it is being said too. Very delicate use is highly recommended.

LMAO, I have been questioned all my life about what i am. If I say Black, people always say, "And what else", so it does seem to matter.

yay Tanya enderra - I normally reply on forms I fill out the race portions by writing in HUMAN. Thats the race I acknowledge.

im greek,chinese,jew,black,white,arabic,italian,latino,canadian ,i dont think thats a race,ok then french. so im a walking genetic american.

You guys aren't hearing me. I know what I am. If we have such a category, then I believe everyone is mixed. I bring this up because of the elections and the fact that there are people who won't vote for a person that is half of what they are. That is insane.

If you are of mixed race, then i guess that means of more than one race, if you are part black and part white you should be as proud as hell to be both.
