home made mmmmacagroni an cheese ...
its whats for breakfast.....

how do you make the macaroni? i would like to try it!

start the pot of water for the noodles (cook about 2 or 3 cups of elbow macaroni or spiral noodles)(4cups is plenty for my family of four)
melt about 3 tablespoons of butter in a big pot that can go in the oven
add about three table spoons of flour to the melted butter (careful not to burn it do on a low temperature then add about 4 cups of milk an slowly warm that up (careful keep stirring dont burn it or let it brown on the bottom ...then when it starts to thickin (oh dont forget a lil pepper an some seasoning salt) add LOTS of cheese I get a pack of cheese thats almost a kilo about three pounds american measure an use about half of it an make it UBER CHEESY!(aged *Cracker barrel cheddar is the best)
when the noodles are soft an cooked (not over cooked) add to cheese sauce mixture an bake for about 25- 30 minutes at 350 degrees fareinhiet

it comes out of the oven lava hot ! careful!dont burn your self!!

cool ..but how do i make the macaroni......it just says add elbow macaroni.....?? i want to make it!!

Boss told me to take some vacation, starting about one week from now. I'll believe it when I see it.

I should book-end the weekend, two days before and after.

Maybe I'll buy a truck, to see the North Pole and Fairbanks. Snow is on the mountaintops, since yesterday.

Or...I could drive across the high passes, heading down to Kenai again. It's beautiful up there, across the top of the world. I've done that trip twice.

RED EYE!!

dear diary......did I get hit again at work last night???? Im thinking I did......I have bruises on my arms and it hurts.......

I just got home with my kid
I think every day this week we've had some kinda war , today he hit me with a racket then with his hands cause some kid hit him in the face with a ball .....I try to compfort him an he hits me ...I'm startin to get worn down
when will any one ever show me soem affection all I get is the ****ty end of the stick

bring to a boil about 8 cups of water pour in about 2 tablespoons of salt , once the water has come to a boil pour in noodles , turn the water down a bit so its not at a full boil , stir every few minutes , noodles are done when you throw one at the wall an it sticks ......
