no.

less tha half of the country is deceived by the looney left and hiding dfrom the rest of us.

it is no wonder you can't see the laughter.

you won't see it in the next four years either.

this is too easy.

remember the topic?

you know, that rape in Alaska is a sexist dysfunction prevalent due to the imbalance of men to women?

That Corruption in government is a illusion and that Palin hates women's rights?

That Palin sold her soul for power?

That the First Dude is a control freak?

That God fearing conservative women are mentally challenged and oppressed by evil men?

That nobama has the cure for all our ills?

how smarmy and smug the looney left is.

The topic is that Wasilla makes rape victims pay for their own rape investigation kit. It's an outrage!!!

And your posts are stepping over the line these days, btw.

well lets see

if someone accuses another of a crime (any crime)

and it is determined that the accuser lied about said crime

the accuser should be punished with the same penalty that was possibly for the person they accused and have to pay all costs to the taxpayer

if it is found that crime really happened then they should not be charged for anything (that is covered by taxes)

Taking DNA from a rape victim is not accusing another of a crime. It is the collecting of evidence.

If your house is burglarized, should the victim have to pay for the collection of fingerprints during the investigation? I think not.

It just so happens that the collection of evidence from a rape victim is not from the house but from inside of a body.

that is totally not relievent to what i said

what i said was if accuse someone of a crime

i also said if accused is guilty that is what taxes are for

if the police accuse them then it is on them

if a person goes to the police and accuse someone of something they did not do and it is proven they did not do it then the accuser should pay and be punished

That makes sense that the guilty party pay for the investigations. Very unlikely that will ever happen, but it makes sense.

It also makes sense that if someone falsely accuses someone, they should reimburse the costs.

But...a rape victim has it rough to be put through sooo many traumas - rape, physical and otherwise investigation, and court. And top it off with billing them for the procedures is just wrong IMO.

Wasilla is not the only town in Alaska adopting that stance and was not the first.

Now the issue is state wide.

don;t be so quick to believe tainted soundbytes and accept them as fact.

you have not looked into it for yourself.

you are embarrassing yourself.

be informed. It is easy to do. You are smart enough.

i agree they should not be billed unless it is proven that they were not really raped (if she went in saying she was)
[if the police take charge and tell them they were raped and pressure them then it is on the police]

if they falsely accuse another of a crime then they should pay and/or serve the time that their lie could have cost the other person
