I do think that age is just a number or in my case and many others here, a couple of numbers(44). As for my limit, I hit that a while ago...

Damn, older women don't stand a chance with you guys do they? i dont think that it's young guys dont stand a chance its just if there is that much of a age difference and the maturity level is not there , how far can the relationship really go or grow.... If I could find a guy who is young but has a good head on his shoulders and is mature and can deal with my age and not make stupid jokes all the time well then "giddy Up"

I try to stay between 26-42. Any younger and it's like raising a son and any older is like being with my dad.

i'd go for 23-32 range, though i believe there are exceptions. I don't really believe in hard and fast rules in dating. If a girl fits me perfectly, and is 38 or 19 i dont see myself turning it down, it just means differnt problems. Though usually there are far far more problems with girls under 24, because they generally want differnt things. usually 19-21 is concerts, light dating and hanging out. 22-24 is bars and pre final relastionship, and 25-30 is when most people are ready to settle down, and get serious. Though everyone will say they are serious, it's not that true. though i've found plenty that are 28 and still into the bar thing and the casual dating, and a few that are in their early 20's that are ready for a family, and only want one guy. One thing is for sure. having kids sure speeds that up for most. im so glad you added that exception in at the bottom. because im 20. i dont drink. i dont party. i dont date a bunch of random people. i have a career goal in mind that ive almost reached and im looking to settle down and start a family. i dont think age dedicates whether or not your ready for the responsibility. that is your maturity level. |
