Last week I had a computer test. And one of the questions I did not understand how he wanted us to do it. So I did it the way I thought he wanted it done and continued on with the rest of the test. I figured that I would just ask him afterwords before handing it in. Which I did I asked him if that was the right way and explained what I did. I KNEW answers. Just did not understand how he wanted it done. I get it back today and they were all wrong after I had asked him if this how he wanted it done. I question him about it and he told me that he did not understand the question. WTF if you did not understand the question why would you not say so instead of me losing 6 marks?

I mean really is that fair?

Next time get it in writing.

The issue here is that if she really felt it was unfair she should go to her prof. and explain it to him, if she didn't get done what she wanted then she needs to talk to his supervisor, the dean of the college or program she is in...

So the person that gives tests dont understand questions from others, than expects others to answer test questions he gives..no its not fair,its moronic

And yes I have went to guidance and I have talked to somebody there, and they told me that the teacher has final say. So I just left it whatever. My teacher is an idiot nothing I can do about it. I just means I am going to have to work that much harder to keep one step ahead of him.

Doesn't say much for the teacher when they can't anwser a simple yes or no questions from the student.

It's not the final say, if you are going to an acredited college the dean has the last say...

I personally never had to argue a grade but my roomate did, it took awhile, but she presented her case and got her grade changed.

tech school, trade school whatever there is someone that heads that department.
