ANYTHING, you feel your doing that you "want" to stop doing!
Like addictions, drugs, alcohol, smoking, gambling, abusing,
hurting others, Or just biting your nails,wink..

MANY people feel they are alone and I want to let them ALL know. "THEIR NOT"!!! Wink..how's that?


ME,,,my vice is I gamble to much, and smoke to many cigarettes. But I'M NOT ALONE,,,,EVER!!

if you`re lonely in your additions,.how`s that gonna change once you stop,. you`ll only be more aware of your loneliness,..

Your loneliness is never felt through something which you DO.
It is felt only in your mind, as you allow it to do!

If we as a human race have NO-ONE to feel or believe is with us ALWAYS though UN-SEEN,(GOD). Then at a time of great depressed thoughts of ending our own life, WE WOULD JUST END IT! But through LEARNING faith and to BELIEVE, many have and WILL, turn to GOD. Wink.
It's through loving your-self, that YOU learn to LOVE life!
And through GOD, everything is possible!

The last thing I want to read when I come to this poetry board is someone prosletyzing his religious dogma to me.

And FYI, it takes alot more than a belief in an unseen entity to take back control from your addictions. If you doubt that, go talk to anybody who's been an addict.

This is wonderful and to me prayer is the most wonderful form of poetry there is. Many gone before us have used the Bible as inspiration and even the Psalmists were moved at the time.

I'm not alone. I have two cats and a dog, my sister, my mom and dad, my aunt.. and all my multiple personalities, and my higher self. Oh and of course the voices in my head.

I quit smoking on my own.

The secret is 'cold-turkey'.

If you really want to quit just do it, that's all there is to it.

But you might need to give up socializing with people who smoke.

could have just been a mistake, why do people get so bent when they think something should be in another thread or topic, lighten up folks, mistakes happen, sometimes they may not be sure where to post it, that one is in the religious area now, so guess it's all cool.

And for those that just can't stand it if they think something is in the wrong area, Cry to the moddies they will take care of it.

That's true, gotta just quit, not easy, but cold turkey is the best way. Stopped that way in the service, started back again after i got out, so I guess i just abstained for a while as opposed to quitting.
